1. General provisions
Korvix processes data from website visitors, clients, and cabinet users to receive applications, maintain sessions, improve the interface, and communicate about the project.
We do not sell personal data or use it for hidden profiling outside the website, application, and client communication tasks.
2. What data we may receive
- contact data from forms: phone, email, name or project title, comments, quiz answers, and attached materials;
- technical data: entry page, referral source, UTM tags, visitor ID, and session ID;
- interface events: page views, clicks on main buttons, quiz progress, and form validation errors;
- an anonymized behavior recording on the page if Session replay is enabled. Form fields are masked.
3. Necessary data
Some data is always necessary: security, session operation, application submission, storage of selected privacy settings, and protection against repeated or unauthorized form actions.
This data is processed independently of additional analytics settings because the website and cabinet cannot work correctly without it.
4. Analytics and session replay
Additional analytics helps us understand which sections are useful, where visitors get lost, and which quiz steps create friction. Session replay is used only for anonymized interface analysis.
You can choose the basic mode or allow all analytics levels in the privacy settings window. Your choice is saved in the browser and may be sent with the application.
5. Transfer and storage
Application data may be transferred to Korvix CRM so the team can process the request, manage the deal, and keep the communication history. Files attached to the application are used only for assessment and project work.
We store data for as long as needed to process the application, support the cabinet, complete the project, and meet reasonable operational requirements.
6. Your rights
You can request access to data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and ask questions about privacy settings.
